Room reservations made more than 90 days before arrival date, more then 1 nights stay or more than 1 room require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.
Reservations for one night hotel room/RV made 90 days or less prior to arrival...your credit card will be charged on your day of arrival unless you have cancelled your booking by 6:00 PM the day prior to arrival, in which case a $25.00 CAD cancellation fee applies. Changes to any reservation must be done by email.
Pets are accepted in designated hotel rooms only for an additional cost of $10 CAD per pet. Pet deposit required at check-in. No pet permitted in Lake Shore Chalets.
For flightseeing trips booked in advance we require a deposit of 50 % or max. $250 per person. This deposit is refundable, if you stay at least 3 nights at the Northern Rockies Lodge and the pilot decides the weather is unsuitable.
